Taking a page from civil rights history. The Green Book was originally created by the Black Community to mark safe places to visit and travel. IN•TACT is doing a similar project. We will contact businesses and ask them to sign a pledge, and in so doing we add them to our Pink Book and give them a window cling of our Pink Triangle logo to put in their window or door to show they are a safe place.

In conjunction with The Center Project (TCP), IN•TACT helps provide aftercare support for those who have participated in submitting testimony at the capitol, attended rallies, or other events where care is required. IN•TACT and TCP provide blankets, hot drinks, mental health and spiritual health support. Quiet activities are also provided so folks have a place to decompress after a stressful experience.

In conjunction with The Center Project and other local organizations and programs we provide lessons on a variety of topics as presentations or hands-on workshops to educate our community on our history, to provide life skills, or to help teach community members to advocate for themselves.

In conjunction with The Center Project and other local organizations these are ways to network and garner community mutual support. Tea is provided and discussions on how to make improvements and create a system of support for the Intersex, Nonbinary and Trans Community. This covers legislation, events, and other topics.

A program preserving the legacy of the LGBTQIA+ community by interviewing elders about their life experience. We have partnered with Boone County Historical Society on their project. The oral histories will be housed at The Center Project, Boone County Historical Society and the Daniel Boone Regional Library
